The Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Visconti” is produced with olives of the Peranzana variety, coming from the family’s olive groves, located in the countryside of Torremaggiore: in Puglia.
The olives, once harvested, are transported to the mill within 12 hours to be processed.
Extra virgin olive oil is rigorously cold extracted.
Use it in the kitchen to flavor any dish, both raw and cooked: it enhances the characteristics of each dish.
